Meet the Founders
Jessica and Elin started ZIPURE out of a problem they couldn't solve. In grad school in LA, they were pulling 12-hour days and their espresso machine was collecting dust. The 15-minute grind, brew, cleanup routine was gone. But bad coffee wasn't an option either.
So they built something better. After vetting five specialized facilities and blind-testing over 100 bean, roast, and extraction combinations, they engineered a zero-heat preservation process - flash-freezing freshly brewed espresso at -321°F with liquid nitrogen, then crystallizing it without heat to lock in every note of flavour.
The result is ZIPURE. Specialty-grade espresso in 3 seconds. No machine. No compromise.

FAQ
No machine, no electricity, no equipment. Just open the pod and pour the crystals into any liquid - hot water, cold water, milk or over ice. Ready in 3 seconds.
Two ways. Everyday Ritual: pour crystals directly into your cup with any liquid and done. Full Ritual: add water directly into the pod, let it dissolve, then pour and top your way. Both take under a minute.
It shines as a pure black coffee (hot or iced), an iced Ethiopian with cold water over ice, or a coffee tonic with sparkling water.
Pure 100% specialty-grade coffee. No sugar, no additives, no fillers, no preservatives. Each pod is 2g, designed for ~6 oz of liquid.
Regular instant is made with high heat, which burns the coffee and strips its flavour. ZIPURE uses zero heat - freshly brewed espresso is flash-frozen at -321°F and crystallized without heat, preserving every note of aroma and taste.
Anywhere dry and cool - kitchen counter, gym bag, purse, suitcase. No refrigeration needed. Each pod is individually sealed under nitrogen to stay fresh until you're ready.
