What is ZIPURE?

ZIPURE is a modern lifestyle brand built around the belief that quality should feel effortless and purity should be part of everyday life. We design thoughtfully made products that refine daily routines - starting with coffee, and expanding into essentials designed for real life.

Can I make changes after my order has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so please double-check your details before completing checkout.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

About My Order

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry - this is not the experience we want for you.

Any damages or issues must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date to be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange (where applicable).

Please contact us via our contact form or email info@zipurelife.com with the following details so we can assist you thoughtfully and efficiently:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the following: Product tags/stickers showing the product name, Damages on the affected item(s), Damages on the outside packaging, Your physical packing slip (invoice)
  • Quantity per affected item
  • Your feedback (this will be used for future consideration): How was the item packed? Was padding or protective material used?Did other items arrive in similar condition?

Please note: Orders shipped internationally (outside the USA) are not eligible for replacements or exchanges. A refund will be issued instead.

My order is missing. What should I do?

If your package appears missing, please report the issue within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Before contacting us, we kindly ask that you check the following:

  • Your tracking number on the courier’s website and confirm delivery to your address.
  • Photo proof of delivery (if available)
  • Your surroundings, including: Your residence or building, Neighbors or family members, Doorman, concierge, security, or mailroom, Shared parcel lockers or mailbox

Sometimes packages are received by someone nearby or held at a local pickup point.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Affected tracking number(s)
  • Confirmation that you’ve checked your surroundings
  • Contact details (full name, email, phone number)

Your information will be shared with the courier to initiate an investigation.

International orders are not eligible for replacement. A refund will be issued if the package is confirmed lost.

How do I order ZIPURE products?

All ZIPURE products are available exclusively through our official website.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by updates when your order is processed and dispatched.

Can I return or request a refund?

We want you to love what you receive. However, perishable consumable products (including coffee) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns are accepted for non-consumable merchandise only, such as accessories or apparel.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Yes - we welcome bulk orders for events, corporate gifting, and special occasions.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx (for international orders).

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and item size. Some products may incur additional handling fees due to fragility.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment verification. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing or transit times.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package.

When will my order arrive?

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier availability.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to advise.

Do you ship to APO/ FPO or P.O. boxes?

Yes - we ship to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes via USPS. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be scheduled.
