THE EXTRACTION
Our production line is a single giant espresso machine. High-pressure industrial extraction with SCA Gold Cup standards (18–22% extraction rate) captures only the initial, richest brew - then cryo-preserved to lock it in forever.
THE 32 HOUR JOURNEY
Flash-frozen and placed in a vacuum chamber for 32 hours. The water sublimates - never boils - leaving a pure, honeycomb-structured crystal. Nitrogen-flushed and sealed for 24 months of peak freshness.
